A few more things…

Yellow is a secret weakness of mine on guys. It’s a notoriously challenging color to match (What do you wear with it? Hint: tan, gray, and the rust-colored red in the sweater above all work!), so when guys know how to wear it, I go a little weak in the knees. Plus, you match the leaves on the trees! Who wouldn’t want that?

I also like how the patterns on the shirt and sweater work together. I say it all the time – or at least, I think it all the time, maybe I need to say it more often – but it’s actually pretty hard to veer off course when it comes to mixing and matching patterns. Just try putting things together that share at least one color (like the rust shade in the flannel and sweater), and you’ll probably be okay. A slightly clashing outfit is better than a boring one.

The lace-up leather boot with a higher ankle will stay on better than a low ankle sneaker, that might get sucked into some mud. Thick socks keep your feet warm and snug as you tromp through whatever fall

This watch (DRAMA!) looked rugged and had a lot of features, just in case you get lost in the woods and need to know what day it is.

Tell me:

Do you have any fun fall activities planned this month? What will you be wearing?
