Bradley Cooper VS Matt Bomer
B Coops beat the VP and that’s okay with me! Cooper wasn’t one of the people who was to be added because he’s always getting pointed to on the red carpet, but rather he was a public figure who I had no memory of making any crucial fashion missteps. Upon further investigation* I found that Bradley actually does have not just a few good looks, but several, and I guess that makes him a male fashion geode.

As much as I loved Steve Carell’s glasses, Matt Bomer knows a thing or five about tailoring. You can’t tell me he doesn’t look like a Ken Doll in that middle picture – those pants were cut for him and him alone. He also has very shiny shoes, in which you can admire yourself when you bow down.
…COOPER OR BOMER?
Michael Fassbender VS Joseph Gordon-Levitt
Michael Fassbender is literally a different person in every single outfit which is an amazing way to be. It’s absolutely cool to always be easy to shop for and people know “oh, that’s such a Julia sweater” but from personal experience I’d say it’s way more fun to be a different person everyday. I applaud your style flexibility, Michael Fassbender.
JGL is the FOIL (omg remember literary terms like this in English class? Is this real life? Does anyone else know this term now that we’re in real life??) to Fassbender when it comes to style. JGL knows what he likes, what looks good on him, and sticks to it. This doesn’t make him a Plain Blaine, because he’s always mixing it up with different patterns and textures to keep things interesting.
…FASSBENDER OR HIS FOIL?
David Beckham VS Daniel Craig
I don’t believe I ever got an answer to my David Beckham chicken question, but it sounds like you guys see DB going far in this competition, and it’s easy to see why. He makes jeans look prim and proper one day and crazy/sexy/cool TLC the next. The clothes don’t make the man, the man makes the clothes, and the clothes turn into cars that transform into Transformers. That’s how it works.
Daniel Craig changes clothes in a different way. He is also part of a chicken and egg scenario in which we try to uncover whether he dresses like Bond now, having been influenced by his work, or whether they cast him because he already was so Bond-like physically, but also sartorially.
…DB OR DC?
Jay Z VS Justin Theroux
It was a close call with votes last night, with Jay only winning with 53%. He’s definitely a high low master, with the ability to rock ripped jeans, sneaks and a tee just as well as a classy tux. Will he be able to squeeze through to Round 3?
Justin’s dark style definitely showcases things we at SG HQ love. His casual go-to is classic American bad boy – every girl’s favorite – but he cleans up well and manages to make things interesting even when they’re all black and white.
…JAY OR JUSTIN?
