Like recent “Real Guys, Real Style” profile subject Eric Bandholz of Beardbrand, Smith is also an Austin, Texas-based entrepreneur helping guys look and feel their best.
Must be something in the water down there!
While Bandholz’s daily uniform veers towards black denim and henleys, Smith reaches for joggers and designer sneakers for his WFH-wear.
Which we love! ATX is known for bucking trends in a traditional state, and it’s fun to see its residents put the personal in personal style.
Below, check out a week in style from the skincare founder’s wardrobe:
“Kept it casual for a day full of Zoom calls and one coffee meeting. I love John Elliott’s shirts – they feel incredibly light.”
“Sometimes you just have to wear wild shirts. I have a collection of maybe twenty or more viscose / Hawaiian style shirts that I throw into my rotation fairly regularly. This one is a panther.”
“Had a dinner-date planned after work, so dressed up a tad more than usual. The Ksubi jeans I’m wearing are the best-fitting jeans I’ve found that also fit my fairly small waist, but more athletic legs. They are super stretchy and comfortable.
I also have a penchant for Son of A Tailor t-shirts. They make bespoke, made-to-measure t-shirts for super affordable prices.”
- Chelsea boots: John Varvatos
- t-shirt: Son of a Tailor
- denim Shirt: AllSaints (nearly sold out! similar, from Gap, here)
“Kept is casual this day as I was taking a bunch of calls while on a walk. It was also a warm day, so wanted to stay cool by avoiding jeans.”
- sneakers: APL Athletic Propulsion Labs
- t-shirt: Lululemon
- hat: unreleased Disco merch!
- blue light glasses: BluBlox
“Headed to a (socially distanced) friend’s birthday party Friday afternoon. Dressed it up a bit for the occasion.”
