5 Days, 5 Ways: Fleece Pullover
when spring weather calls for cozy layers
It’s official – happy Spring! Just like every other year, the first day of Spring creeps up in the middle of March, usually without any kind of telling forecast, so it’s left to Rita’s Free Water Ice Day to remind us that hey, winter is *technically* over, even if Mother Nature isn’t ready to trade in random March snowstorms for April showers. So, for those of you that have thrown your winter coats into the top part of the closet that you can’t reach (or is that just me?) creative layering will make irrational weather patterns a little more tolerable.
We love the idea of a fleece pullover – feels like pajamas, adds a little color, and can be layered both over and under for maximum versatility. If you haven’t seen one of these since the 7th grade, it’s definitely time to reinvest in one, a few sizes up (this style runs large though, so maybe one size down from your usual size). Much like the cargo pant, the fleece pullover is having a full on comeback, as evidenced by this GQ gallery.
